Welcome to IRAADAY’s Exchange Policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Notice
IRAADAY does not offer refunds or returns.
We only offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To request an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and reason for exchange
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where available)
- Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed

Non-Exchange Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective on arrival)
Shipping Policy for Exchanges
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, IRAADAY will cover return shipping and arrange reverse pickup
- If exchange is due to size or personal preference, customer will bear return shipping cost (reverse pickup charges may apply depending on location)
Important Notes
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances
- All exchange requests are subject to inspection
- Reverse pickup is arranged where courier service is available
- IRAADAY is not responsible for parcels lost during transit if sent independently by customer
